MIGUEL LINARES
Owner, Chef de Cuisine

Linares is a talented chef with twenty years of experience working in different restaurants specializing in Italian and Mexican cuisine. He has spent several years working in Maryland as the head chef of an Italian restaurant, Olazzo. He went on to help the owners of Olazzo open two additional restaurants, Gringo & Mariachis. Linares continued his success when he moved to Chapel Hill, North Carolina and partnered with his cousin to open their own Italian restaurant called Piero’s.
